Vandro from EENN Construction is the most honest, talented and professional contractor I have ever worked with. The quality of his work is the best I e ever seen. His prices are extremely fair and worth every cent. More importantly, he became like a partner with me on the remodel job he did for me, basically, along with his own work, managing the other contractors on site for me. His suggested ideas on improvements I didn’t see at first were all incorporated into the project. It was a tremendous experience and we are already planing additional projects. No exaggeration - I would give EENN Construction 10 out of 10 Stars!!!!

Evandson was a great help to us. He is very communicative, wants to understand the project and how we wanted work done. We had a commercial space to refit this winter, and his work went quickly, and professionally. His team handled levelling a floor, creating some partition walls, and finishing the spaces with doors and trim. He worked well with our electricians too .
Highly recommended.

Evandson and his crew are wonderful to work with! They are skilled professionals who take pride in their work. They were efficient and trustworthy and finished the job as promised on my very tight schedule for completion. They made excellent design suggestions that elevated my project . They came highly recommended to me and I will highly recommend them to others!!

Evandson and his team are true professionals. They converted an unused space in our primary bedroom into an en-suite primary bathroom. The timeline proposed was 6-7 weeks and they completed everything including permitting and inspections within 5 weeks. The craftsmanship was top notch and we were extremely impressed with how clean and on time they were throughout the project. Evandson and his team had previously helped us finish our basement, which we love, and it was a no brainer to have him complete our bathroom project. We would recommend Evandson and EENN to anyone looking to complete any home improvement project, as our experiences working with them have been nothing but positive. We would give more than 5 stars if given the option!

I hired EENN Construction to install 7 kraftmaid cabinets I had ordered , a vent system in one of the cabinets, install crown moldings and a kick board to accommodate the vent. A custom made cabinet was needed which he designed for the space. 👍🏽 I am very pleased and happy with the final delivery of his performance. He is a professional that is punctual, reliable, responsible creative, a problem solver and a great communicator informing you of the outcomes as he goes along. He pays attention to details making sure and double checking what he has done. . I also appreciate the clean up done afterwards. I highly recommend EENN Construction and cleaning inc for your next home project. You will not be disappointed. I am definitely calling him back for my next home project.

Vando Xavier at EENN Construction built my 450 sq ft. master bedroom suite addition + a mudroom + 2 decks. He stayed within budget with very few overruns. He was dependable, with a cheerful disposition, excellent workmanship and attention to detail. He fixed a ceiling design problem that the architect overlooked and worked with me and the city to redesign it at his own expense. He went above and beyond my expectations, for example installing a linear (curbless) shower with excellent tile work. Everything from the windows, walls and doors, etc. were installed square and solidly. He also built a custom bench in the mudroom which has received many complements for its unique, beautiful and ergonomically comfortable design. I am a very fussy and detail oriented homeowner--hard to please. I fired two previous contractors for sloppy work. But, in my experience, Vando and EENN Construction demonstrate professionalism of the highest caliber, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly for both small and large construction jobs.
